Payment Options

To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept:

Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens. If you need to change your appointment:

• ✓ 72+ hours notice — Reschedule with no penalty; your payment transfers to new date
• ✗ Less than 72 hours notice — Your payment is forfeited
• ⚠ One-time transfer — Your payment may only be transferred once

Cancellation Policy

• • All payments are non-refundable
• • Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the payment
• • I recommend rescheduling rather than canceling when possible

Arrival & Punctuality

Please Arrive On Time

• ⚠ Do not arrive early — our schedule is carefully timed
• ✓ Arrive at your exact appointment time

Grace Period

• ✓ I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals
• ✗ More than 15 minutes late = No-show status, payment forfeited

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment:

• • Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee
• • Will not be permitted to book future appointments

Studio Guidelines

Guest Policy

• ✗ No additional guests are permitted in the treatment room during your procedure
• ✓ Exception: A translator may accompany you if needed for communication
• ⚠ Please arrange childcare in advance — we cannot accommodate children

Why These Policies Exist

Permanent makeup appointments require extensive preparation and dedicated one-on-one time. Each appointment slot represents time that could serve another client. These policies allow us to:
